Twisted Wonderland started a manga adaption titled Disney Twisted-Wonderland: The Manga – Book of Heartslabyul in the Monthly G-Fantasy Issue 04/2021 on March 18, 2021. The art is drawn by Kowono Sumire and Wakana Hazuki is credited for composition. Yana Toboso is also involved in the comics creation, being responsible for the character design, setting and composition. The manga was then translated into English and released on July 11, 2023 by VIZ Media.
Please note: The manga takes on a different approach toward the events of the Heartslabyul arc, as well as introduces a character, Enma Yuuken, that fills a role similar to that of the player character from the main game. However, by Yana Toboso’s own word, Yuuken is a character unique to the manga due to the differences in his personality and life when compared to the player character. Because of this, information regarding Enma Yuuken will not be kept on a separate page but within the confines of the comic area.
