I've never shopped for a souvenir before. It's a most challenging endeavor. Lilia collects pennants from the places he visits, but I can't seem to find any.
It's a triangular flag with the name of the place on it. Lilia says they're a classic souvenir. He often gives them to me. I use them to decorate my dorm room. I thought a pennant would be a fitting gift, since this land has so many textiles...

Oh, those things went out of style ages ago. Pretty sure nobody sells 'em nowadays.
It's a vacation shirt. People say the genie of the lamp wore one when he went traveling. The bright colors and patterns represent the excitement vacations bring. They've been marketed as a Scalding Sands souvenir, due to their distinctive style and lore.
This was a traveling genie's favorite kind of shirt? That's perfect for Lilia, and it suits how expressive and lively he is. I think I'll purchase one.

The Camel Bazaar had tons of it, but I don't see any around here. Shame. I should've picked some up while I was there. Oh well, I'll just get him something else.
This red pepper and these dried mint leaves are used all the time in Scalding Sands cooking. They also have olive and nut-based oils that are supposed to be good. On, and there's pomegranate dressing too...
I'll refrain from commenting further. That said... If you truly insist on gifting him spices, there will be consequences to that choice. Consequences for me. And consequences for the both of you.
